The Executive Summary provides a high-level snapshot of your website’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and how they have changed compared to the previous year. It highlights year-over-year growth (or decline) in traffic, conversions, revenue, and other critical metrics, enabling you to quickly identify areas of success and opportunities for improvement.

Website Revenue

Website Revenue measures the total income generated from your website during the selected time period. This includes revenue from e-commerce transactions, online bookings, and other monetized conversions tracked on the site.

Website Sessions

Website Sessions represent the total number of visits to your website during the selected time period. A session includes all activity by a user within a set time frame (typically 30 minutes of inactivity ends a session). This metric is a core indicator of your site’s traffic volume and reach.

Organic Revenue

Organic Revenue is the total revenue generated from unpaid (organic) search traffic. It measures the financial impact of visitors who found your website through search engine results without clicking on paid ads.

Organic Impressions

Organic Impressions represent the total number of times your website’s pages appeared in unpaid (organic) search engine results during the selected period. This metric reflects your site’s search visibility and how often it is being shown to potential visitors.

Organic Sessions

Organic Sessions are visits to your website that come from unpaid (organic) search engine results. This metric reflects how effectively your SEO and GEO efforts attract visitors without the use of paid advertising.

Booking Engine Entrances

Booking Engine Entrances track the number of times visitors entered the booking engine from your website. This KPI is a strong indicator of booking intent, as it measures how often users progress from browsing to initiating the booking process.

Technical SEO

Technical SEO refers to the optimization of your website’s infrastructure to ensure it can be efficiently crawled, indexed, and ranked by search engines. It includes site speed, metadata, structured data, and overall site architecture improvements.

New Users

New Users are visitors who have accessed your website for the first time during the selected period. This metric reflects the success of your marketing and outreach efforts in attracting fresh audiences.

Local Search

Local Search tracks the number of times your business listing appears in location-based searches, such as on Google Maps or local search results. It’s a key indicator of visibility and engagement within your immediate geographic market.

Engagement Rate

Engagement Rate measures the proportion of visitors who actively interact with your website or specific pages, such as by clicking links, navigating through multiple pages, or spending extended time on site. It’s a core indicator of content relevance and user experience quality.
